Appreciation Night
It’s that time of the year when our Board of Directors would like to say THANKS for all your hard work this past season.
We would like to take this opportunity to show you our Appreciation for your time and dedication to our players during the 2024 baseball season. Without our Coaches, Coordinators and Team Managers we would not be able to run a baseball season. Did you catch the addition to our Appreciation Night? We are pleased to expand our Appreciation invitation to the dedicated Team Managers that help the coaches communicate between coordinators and teams.
Please join us for an evening of fun, food, entertainment (Karaoke Night at the Pub) and prizes.
Coaches, Coordinators and Team Managers Appreciation Night
When: Thursday, October 17
From: 6:30 – 9pm
Where: Admiral Pub & Grill (4125 Hastings Street)
Please RSVP by Monday, October 14
To help the venue prepare for the evening, please use the link above to RSVP and choose your meal item by Monday, October 14.
In addition to your meal, BBA will provide you with ONE drink ticket per-person (house wine – red or white, or a Red Truck lager 16 oz., or substitute for a soft drink). Any subsequent beverages will be your responsibility to purchase – please drink responsibly.
Notes:
Must be 19yrs. of age to attend.
Pay parking is available behind the Pub – entrance off Gilmore Ave or Albert Street (DO NOT Park in Liquor Store parking area).
Street parking is FREE, if available, please adhere to parking signs.
We have the area set aside for our group nearest the Hastings Street entrance.
When you arrive, please check in with Sonya or Valaine and collect the following:
- Name Tag
- Drink/Dinner Ticket
- Prize Tickets
