Last In Person Registration
LAST IN PERSON REGISTRATION 😳 Have questions about the upcoming spring season and/or need to drop off your registration items (before the season start and before uniform distribution) or need some new baseball pants or fan wear, this is the time to come. 💯 ⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️⬇️
In-Person Information/Registration Sessions: Mar 17th from 3 – 5pm at Burnaby Football Clubhouse – Kensington Arena.
Registration: Here is what is needed by ALL families to complete their registration, these can be dropped off (physical copies) at the In-Person Sessions:
• Players Proof of Age (if not uploaded at time of registration)
• Proof of Residence (if not uploaded at time of registration)

• Signed copy of the No-Fair Play Rule (attached – if playing 18U-CP/AAA, 15U-AAA/AA, or 13U-AAA).
• Volunteer Deposit – $200 (one per family) o Cheque made payable to BBA and post-dated June 30 o Cash (Receipt will be issued)
• Uniform Deposit – $100 (one per player – except for 18U-CP, 7U and 5U players) o Cheque made payable to BBA and post-dated June 30 ▪ Cannot be on same form of payment (Cheque) o Cash (Receipt will be issued)
Locker Sale: Need new baseball pants (9U and up), socks, belts, practice shirts, etc. or wish to purchase or pre-order fan wear (hoodies, t-shirts, hats, etc.), see us.
Info Sessions: Forms of payment: Cash, Cheque or Square (credit/debit).
