PHOTO DAY MAY 11TH

On Photo Day:

• Arrive a minimum of 15 minutes prior to team scheduled time slot.

• Meet your team on the grass area between the parking lot and Diamond #3.

• Have players lined up in alphabetical order.

• Players are to be in full uniform (hat, jersey, baseball pants, with exception of 5U teams, who were not issued baseball pants, but should wear pants, not shorts).

• Coaches at minimum should have their Coaches Hats (at embroiders). Pick up at Association tent prior to photo (if not distributed to teams prior to photo day).

• Players may bring their own prop for individual photos if they wish (bat or glove).

• Each Player and Coach per team will be given a Krispy Kreme Donut courtesy of the Association. Please have a designated Team Parent come pick up their teams’ donuts.

Pick up will be located under the tents nearest parking lot.

BBA is selling Krispy Kreme Donuts (fundraiser) on May 11th.
